AMP Ergonomic Fiber Optic Crimp Tool features a full cycle ratchet action. This tool features a smaller handle spread and padded handle to redusce hand fatigue. Made from carbon tool steel, this crimper is designed to take a wide variety of universal die sets from a wide variety of manufacturers. The tool includes a machined too steel die with 3-cavity for hex size crimps of .128, .151, and .178" on SMA, ST & SC ferrules. The crimp release lever improves throughput by eliminating rejected terminations resulting from improper connector positioning.
